“Just buy a new one” doesn’t fly with us.
When I was about ten years old, I got my first taste of electricity when 120 volts(ac) surged up my left arm. I watched too many James Bond movies and was trying to stash some treasures inside an electrical outlet box. That experience helped “spark” my curiosity about how things work.
After some time with “the worlds biggest tech company” I became discouraged that I wasn’t really fixing anything and products were designed to be disposable. Despite their green marketing, these companies intentionally shred and disable millions of perfectly functional devices each year so that customers will “just buy a new one.”
This is where the Right to Repair movement comes into play. I stand firmly behind the principle that consumers should have the right to repair the products they own. As an independent repair business, I advocate for fair access to repair manuals, diagnostic tools, and genuine spare parts.
Thank you for considering LAUNCH Repair.
